Guidelines for Abstract Submission

Guidelines for Free Paper Submission

Submit Your Abstract
dot-img-new Last Date for Submission is 15th August, 2025. Only one Free Paper can be submitted by each delegate as the presenting Author.
dot-img-new A maximum of 4 Co-authors are permitted.
dot-img-new The presenting author should register for the conference.
dot-img-new The work presented should be original and done by the author in India.
dot-img-newOnly NZOS members who are 40 years or less will be considered for the Best Free Paper award.

*Once your Free Paper is selected, you must comply with the following guidelines.

Guidelines for Video Submission

Submit Your Abstract

dot-img-new A Maximum of 4 co-authors are permitted.
dot-img-newOnce your Video Presentation is accepted, you must submit and upload your video by the due date to be notified on this site.
dot-img-newThe presentation will be 4 minutes, followed by 1 minute for discussion.
dot-img-newIt is essential to be registered for the conference.
dot-img-new Only NZOS members who are 45 years or less will be considered for the Best Video Award.

dot-img-newThe presenting author should register for the conference.
dot-img-newThe work presented should be original and done by the author in India.
dot-img-new Only NZOS members who are 45 years or less will be considered for the Best Challenging Case award.

Once your Challenging case is selected, you will need to comply with the following guidelines.

Guidelines for Poster Submission

Submit Your Abstract
dot-img-new Last Date for Submission is 15th August, 2025.
dot-img-new Only one E Poster can be submitted by each delegate as the presenting author.
dot-img-newA maximum of 4 Co-authors are permitted.
dot-img-new Once your E Poster is accepted, you must upload it in the Powerpoint Presentation format by the due date to be notified on this site. The PowerPoint presentation should be a maximum of 12 slides, including the title slide, and should not exceed the size limit of 5 Mb.
dot-img-new Only NZOS members who are 40 years or less will be considered for the Best Poster Award.

Guidelines for Young Achiever’s Session Submission

Submit Your Abstract
dot-img-new Last Date for Submission is 15th August, 2025.
dot-img-newIf you are eligible, then you can send us a summary of your recent publication in an indexed Journal/Paper Presentation/Instruction course in an international/national conference or any other significant scientific achievement during the last 12 months, then you are eligible.
dot-img-newOnly NZOS members, Age 45 years or less at the time of paper presentation.
dot-img-newThe presentation will be 5 minutes, followed by 1 minute for discussion.
