GUIDELINES
Guidelines for Free Paper Submission
  • Last Date for Submission is Sunday, 15th July 2018.
  • Only one Free Paper can be submitted by each delegate.
  • Maximum of 3 Co-authors are permitted and at least one of them should be a member of NZOS.

Eligibility Criteria for Prem Chandra Award

  • Age 40 years or less at the time of paper presentation.
  • Presenting author should a member of NZOS.
  • The work presented should be original and done by the author himself / herself in India.

Once your Free Paper is selected you will have to comply with the following guidelines:

  • The duration of presentation will be 5 minutes followed by 1 minute for discussion.
  • It is essential to be registered for the conference and be a member of NZOS to be eligible for any awards, in case you are not, please do so immediately.
  • Once your Free Paper is accepted you will be required to submit full text of the paper by a due date, to be notified on this site.
  • The exact time & date of presentation should become available online tentatively by 30th September, 2018 on this site.

Guidelines for E Poster Submission

  • Last Date for Submission is Sunday, 15th July 2018.
  • Only one E Poster can be submitted by each delegate.
  • Maximum of 3 Co-authors are permitted and at least one of them should be a member of NZOS.

Once your E Poster is selected you will have to comply with the following guidelines:

  • Once your E Poster is accepted you will be required to upload it in the Power point Presentation format, by a due date to be notified on this site.
  • The Power Point Presentation should be maximum of 12 slides, including the title slide and should not exceed the size limit of 5 Mb.
  • Please mention your E-Poster number in the Power point Presentation's name as well.
  • The three best posters selected by the judges will be allowed for 4 minutes oral presentation on the last day of the conference i.e. 16th October, 2018
  • Information about the selected E-posters for oral presentation will be available on website in the preview room, at the conference venue.
  • All E-posters will be available for viewing at Kiosks throughout the conference as well as on the NZOS website, for the whole year subsequently.

Guidelines for Challenging Case Submission

  • Last Date for Submission is Sunday, 15th July 2018.
  • Only one Challenging Case can be submitted by each delegate.
  • Maximum of 3 Co-authors are permitted and at least one of them should be a member of NZOS.

Once your Challenging Case is selected you will have to comply with the following guidelines:

  • Once your Challenging Case is accepted you will be required to submit full text of the paper by a due date, to be notified on this site.
  • The duration of presentation will be 5 minutes followed by 1 minute for discussion.
  • It is essential to be registered for the conference and be a member of NZOS to be eligible for any awards, in case you are not, please do so immediately.
  • The exact time & date of presentation should become available online tentatively by 30th September, 2018 on this site.

Guidelines for Video Presentation Submission

  • Last Date for Submission is Sunday, 15th July 2018.
  • Only one Video Presentation can be submitted by each delegate.
  • Maximum of 3 Co-authors are permitted and at least one of them should be a member of NZOS.
  • Video size should not be more than 5MB.

Once your Video Presentation is selected you will have to comply with the following guidelines:

  • Once your Video Presentation is accepted you will be required to submit upload your video by a due date, to be notified on this site.
  • The duration of the presentation will be 6 minutes.
  • It is essential to be registered for the conference and be a member of NZOS to be eligible for any awards, in case you are not, please do so immediately.
  • The exact time & date of presentation should become available online tentatively by 30th September, 2018 on this site.

Guidelines for Young Achiever's Session Submission

  • If you are eligible then you can send us a summary of your recent publication in an Indexed Journal/ Paper Presentation / Instruction course in International/ national conference any other major scientific achievement during the last 12 months, then you are eligible
  • Age 45 years or less at the time of paper presentation.
  • Last Date for Submission is Sunday, 15th July 2018.
  • A select few submissions in the Young Achiever's session may be invited to present one of their works in the Young Achiever's Session. Others will receive a certificate recognizing their achievement in the same session.

Guidelines for Faculty Request Submission

  • The Scientific Committee will try its best to accomodate request for Faculty Presentation, however due to limited sessions, it may not be possible to accommodate all requests.
