Guidelines for Free Paper Submission
|
Last Date for Submission is 5th August 2024.

Only one Free Paper can be submitted by each delegate as the presenting Author.
|
A maximum of 4 Co-authors are permitted.
|
The presenting author should register for the conference.
|
The work presented should be original and done by the author himself/herself in India.
|
Only NZOS members who are 40 years or less will be considered for the Best Free Paper award.
|

Once your Free Paper is selected you will have to comply with the following guidelines

The duration of the presentation will be 6 minutes followed by 1 minute for discussion.

It is essential to be registered for the conference.

Guidelines for Video Submission
|
Last Date for Submission is 5th August 2024.

Only one Video Presentation can be submitted by each delegate.
|
A Maximum of 4 co-authors are permitted
|
Once your Video Presentation is accepted, you must submit and upload your video by due date, to be notified on this site.
|
The duration of the presentation will be 4 minutes followed by 1 minute for discussion.
|
It is essential to be registered for the conference.
|
Only NZOS members who are 40 years or less will be considered for the Best Video Award.
|

Guidelines for Poster Submission
|
Last Date for Submission is 5th August 2024.
|
Only one E Poster/ Physical poster can be submitted by each delegate as the presenting author.
|
A maximum of 4 Co-authors are permitted.
|
Once your E Poster is accepted you will be required to upload it in the Powerpoint Presentation format, by the due date to be notified on this site. The PowerPoint presentation should be a maximum of 12 slides, including the title slide, and should not exceed the size limit of 5 Mb.
|
Only NZOS members who are 40 years or less will be considered for the Best Poster Award.

Guidelines for Young Achiever’s Session Submission
|
Last Date for Submission is 5th August 2024.
|
If you are eligible then you can send us a summary of your recent publication in an indexed Journal/Paper Presentation/Instruction course in an international/national conference or any other major scientific achievement during the last 12 months, then you are eligible.
|
Age 45 years or less at the time of paper presentation.
|
The duration of the presentation will be 6 minutes followed by 1 minute for discussion.
|
